It's Queueing



The agents are not happy.
They are taking calls.
They can't go to the loo.
They can't leave their stations.




The supervisors are not patrolling.
They are taking calls.
They can't go on break.
They can't lose their bonus.



The managers are not inactive.
They are taking calls.
They can't have a meeting.
They can't lose the customers.

Busy day at work.
It's queueing.
